What you buy

Full Audit unlocks all implemented feed findings, affected products and CSV/JSON reports for a single scan. Fix & Export adds deterministic formatting changes, a change log and a reconstructed feed export. Prices are shown before checkout, in USD. There is no subscription. Any required tax treatment must be correctly configured and reflected in the actual checkout total.

An audit can be upgraded to Fix & Export for the difference between the configured prices. Another feed needs a separate scan. Access expires 7 days after the scan was created, and payment does not extend storage. Use the same browser and retain its scan cookie.

Scope and limitations

Feed Doctor performs implemented format and logic checks. It does not access your Merchant Center account, verify GS1 ownership, inspect all product landing pages, compare live prices or stocks, assess image quality or determine all policy eligibility. Findings can require manual confirmation, particularly identifiers, shipping and variant requirements.

A health score is an internal diagnostic metric, not a Google score or approval promise. Feed export may retain unresolved issues. No GTIN, brand, MPN or price is invented. Always review changes and test the exported data before replacing an operational feed.

Your responsibilities

Only submit feeds you have permission to process. Use public HTTPS URLs or upload files; private/internal URLs are rejected. Do not submit payment credentials or unrelated personal data inside a product feed. Follow service size and rate limits, do not attempt to bypass access controls, and retain your source feed as a backup.

Refund policy

If a paid report cannot be delivered because of a service error, or the same access is charged twice, contact support for a full refund. A verified payment received after report expiry requires refund review rather than restoration of deleted files. Give the provider order reference; do not send card details.

A format audit does not guarantee Merchant Center approval or improved advertising results. Applicable statutory consumer rights remain unaffected. The operator should resolve refund-required ledger entries promptly through the payment provider and maintain an auditable reconciliation process.

Feed Doctor is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google, Shopify, WooCommerce or GS1. Product and platform names are used to explain compatibility. Features outside the documented checks are not included in the purchase.
