Pre-launch installation: operator details must be configured before live purchases.

Your feed stays private

We use your uploaded file or supplied feed URL only to retrieve, parse, diagnose and deliver the results you requested. Feed data is not sold and is not used to train AI models. Feed analysis does not send product data to a language model.

Files and reports are stored in private Cloudflare R2 storage. Access requires your browser’s private scan cookie. A scan identifier alone does not grant access. We do not log complete product rows, secret feed URLs or original uploaded file names.

Retention and deletion

Report access expires 7 days after a scan is created. Scheduled cleanup deletes the stored source, parsed data, report and any scan-specific artifacts. You can use Delete scan for earlier removal. Scheduled physical cleanup can lag during infrastructure incidents; access remains blocked after the deadline. Cleanup failures must be monitored and retried by the operator.

Clearing site cookies or using another browser can remove your access. Without accounts we cannot promise cross-device recovery. Deleting a scan is permanent and a receipt cannot restore it. Necessary payment, refund and dispute records are stored separately and may need to be retained for business or legal obligations.

Cookies and analytics

A necessary HttpOnly cookie authorizes each scan. We do not use it for cross-site advertising or browser fingerprinting. Cloudflare Web Analytics, when configured, measures page traffic without embedding your feed contents. Operational funnel events store scan status, coarse country, language, landing path and device category.

Source channels are inferred from available referring domains and campaign medium. Missing attribution remains unknown. Anonymous raw events are retained for up to 90 days. Temporary salted network hashes enforce abuse limits; raw IP addresses are not stored in the application database.

Payments and processors

Checkout is hosted by the configured payment provider. Feed Doctor does not receive your full card number. We retain payment identifiers, amounts, currency and status to authorize access, reconcile purchases and process support requests. Cloudflare provides application hosting, queues, storage and database processing.

Contact and requests

When the support contact is configured, use it for privacy and payment requests. During the public preview, use Delete scan to remove your feed immediately. Include a payment reference if necessary; do not email an unredacted commercial feed unless specifically required and agreed. The operator must publish its legal identity and any jurisdiction-specific privacy information before accepting live payments.
